Development Services:

- If you decide to terminate the project before completion and it's not due to our fault (as outlined above), no refund will be offered. However, we will provide you with all completed work up to that point.
Consulting Services:
- Unused pre-paid consulting hours can be refunded upon request.
- No refunds will be offered for used consulting hours.
